Q: May I place a custom wig order?

A: Yes. Please Submit Your Wig Order Online.

Before you begin measuring your head, make sure your hair is all pinned up and lying flat (with or without a wig cap). Your hair must be prepared the same way you would have it right before applying the wig. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours. Use a tape measure to measure. Most lace wig measurements are made in inches. Do not stretch the tape measure tape when measuring. * When measuring, place your measuring tape outside of your natural hairline.

Q: I live out of town/state? Do I have to travel to your location to retrieve my wig?

A: No, Crowned Wigs ship worldwide. You can order from anywhere in the world!

Q: Can I come in for a consultation or to get my head measured?

A: Yes, book your consultation online. www.crowned.genbook.com

Q: Can I come pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Q: Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?

A: Yes, all orders will receive a tracking number from USPS once the shipping label is printed.

Q: Can I provide my own cap?

A: Unfortunately, this is not an option.

Q: How many bundles do I need for a wig?

A: 2 bundles are recommended for lengths up to 16", 3 bundles are recommended for lengths 18"-22", 4 bundles are recommended for lengths longer than 22". More bundles may be added for fullness. This is just a recommendation. The final decision is up to the customer. The wig may not be as full if you choose to use less than the recommended amount of hair.
