Q: When does Booking online open?

A: Genbook opens every 15th of the month. 

If you're looking to book for June, openings will be made available on May 15th..

If you're looking to book for August, openings will be made available July 15th..

etc, etc..

Q: Can I book an appointment for 2,3,4 months ahead?

Unfortunately, you may not. We book appointments only 1 month in advance. 

Q: I need an emergency appointment after hours, is this possible?

A: Please call or email to inquire. 

Q: What are your prices?

Pricelist can be found here. 

Q: Can I reschedule my appointment?

A: Yes, your reschedulement must be within the next 3 weeks and done at least 24 hours from your original appointment. 

Q: Can I bring somebody with me to my appointment?

A: No children or extra people are allowed. They will be asked to leave.

Q: How Do I Book an appointment?

A: Appointments can be booked online or via the business phone. All appointments made online will be scheduled with stylist, Melinda. All appointments booked over business phone will be scheduled with lead stylist, Fredline.

All appointments must be reserved with a deposit.
Deposits are Non-refundable. 
Prices may vary for each person and circumstance. No two heads are the same. One persons hair may be thicker than the next and require more work and therefore be charged more. Please bring more than the price listed with you to be prepared.
More services = Additional Charges
Please let us know of any hair conditions such as alopecia, severe hair loss, or even allergies before your appointment. 
Late cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 25% charge to your card.
No Call/No Shows will be subject to a 50% charge to your card and you will no longer be permitted to book at Melinda’s Beauty Salon.
Melinda’s Beauty Salon reserves the right to deny anyone service.
We do not issue refunds.
